This Refund Policy describes how iPureHear.com (“the Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) — operated by Theranova LLC — handles returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through our online store.
Final Sale Policy
Please note that all products sold on iPureHear.com are final sale.
However, we’re proud to offer free replacements in many situations to ensure your satisfaction.
Our customer support team is available 24/7 at support@ipurehear.com, and we will always do our best to help resolve any issue you experience with your hearing aids.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are accepted until 9:59 PM EST on the same day the order was placed.
If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@ipurehear.com.
After 9:59 PM EST, your order will already be in processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel after this point, you’ll need to return the unopened package once it arrives to qualify for a refund.
Refund eligibility for cancelled orders:

Products must be unopened and in original packaging.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
(We cannot issue refunds via bank transfer, check, cash, or alternative methods.)
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because our hearing aids are currently offered at special discounted pricing, all sales are final and non-refundable.
However, all purchases are protected by our 1-Year Warranty (included free) and optional Lifetime Warranty & Loss Insurance.
If you experience any problem with your hearing aids, we’ll work with you to troubleshoot or send a replacement model that fits your needs — completely free of charge.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you’re fully covered under our insured shipping policy, and we’ll send you a free replacement immediately.
However, due to our final sale policy, we do not issue refunds for lost or damaged shipments.
If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect address details, refused delivery, or any customer error, we cannot issue a refund.
In these cases, we may provide a free replacement at our discretion.
If a delivery failure is caused by our error or carrier mishandling, we will either issue a full refund or send a free replacement.
Free Replacement Eligibility
You may qualify for a free replacement if one or more of the following applies:

Your order was lost or damaged during shipping.

Your hearing aids have a manufacturing defect or stop functioning properly.

You received the wrong model or variant.

The hearing aids do not fit properly (too large or too small), and a suitable model is available.

You are activating your 1-Year Warranty or Lifetime Warranty & Loss Insurance for the first time.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs
As a small, family-operated business committed to offering premium hearing aids at affordable prices, we’re unable to cover the cost of return shipping.
Customers are responsible for any shipping fees related to returning an order for refund or replacement.
Restocking Fees & Partial Refunds
In most cases, eligible items are refunded in full with no restocking fee.
However, a $75–$125 restocking fee (depending on the model) applies if:

Accessories (chargers, cases, etc.) are missing from the return.

The order was uncollected, refused, or contained incorrect address details.

Only one hearing aid from a pair is returned.
Return Process

Contact us via email at support@ipurehear.com to begin your return or replacement request.

If eligible, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.

Write your order number and RMA number clearly on the shipping box or envelope (not on the original product packaging).

Take a photo of the package with the shipping label, tracking number, and RMA visible. Send this to support@ipurehear.com for verification.

After verifying your return, we’ll issue your refund or send your replacement immediately.
⚠️ Important: Returns sent to any address other than the one we provide will not be accepted.
Refunds are only processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
1-Year Warranty
All iPureHear hearing aids come with a 1-Year Warranty from the date of delivery.
If your hearing aids break, malfunction, or develop issues within that time, we’ll issue one free replacement.
After your first replacement, additional replacements may be issued for a small fee of $75–$125 (depending on model) to partially cover costs.
Lifetime Warranty & Loss Insurance
Our Lifetime Warranty & Loss Insurance is optional and available for $39.95.
This coverage protects you from defects, damage, or loss for as long as you own your hearing aids.
You’ll receive one free replacement under this plan, and future replacements will carry a small service fee of $75–$125.
Policy Changes
Theranova LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
